4 boneless pork sirlion cuts 1 sm. white onion, sliced thin 1/2 t. meat tenderizer 1 can stewed tomatoes oil Heat pan. Add oil & when oil is hot, brown pork lightly on both sides. Sprinkle meat tenderizer over each piece of pork. Place onions & stewed tomatoes on top. Reduce heat to low-med. Cover with lid. Cook, flipping pork occasionally, for approx. 30 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles, if desired.
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. egg, whisked 2 T. Worchestersire sauce 1/4 t. minced garlic seasoned salt Mix everything together but seasoned salt. Cook hamburger on stove top in pan or on grill. Five minutes before done add seasoned salt. Cook until done to your liking.
4 T. butter 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, & pounded about 1" thick) 4 thin slices of ham 4 thin slices of Swiss cheese 4 T. flour 1 c. Italian breading (don't skimp here! I use Progresso) Melt butter in glass baking dish. Set aside. Place 1 slice ham & cheese on each breast. Start at narrow end & tightly roll up, roll in flour, then breading. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-45 min.
2 T. garlic, minced 1 T. cooking oil 1 T. butter 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 slices Italian bread, both sides buttered 1/2 t. Italian seasonings cooking oil Melt butter & oil in frying pan. Add garlic and cook until tender, about 3 min. over low heat, moving around frequently with spatula. Remove from pan and set aside. To same pan, add abt. 1 T. more oil. Heat, and add chicken. Cook abt. 3 min. per side or until browned. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Italian seasonings & garlic. Cover & cook over medium heat abt. 20 min. or until chicken is done. Divide cheese evenly over each breast in the pan and cook, covered over low heat until melted. Meanwhile, in another frying pan, toast bread. To serve, top each piece of toasted bread with a piece of chicken, topped with extra sauce.
