HEARTY ITALIAN SAUSAGE

1 pkg. mild Italian sausage
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 med. onion, ringed
1 med. green and red pepper (each), cut in 1/4" strips
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. pepper

Brown sausage in oil in at least 2" high skillet.  Cover with re-
maining ingredients.  Simmer about 1 hour.  Serve with your
favorite side dish.

COUNTRY FRIED STEAKS

6 cube steaks
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour mixed with 2 t. paprika, 1/2 t. garlic powder,
1/4 t. pepper and 1/4 t. parsley

Dip steaks in eggs, then flour mixture.  Very slowly brown on both 
sides.  Top with store country white gravy or your own.

THE QUICKEST TUNA CASSEROLE IN TOWN

1 lg. can tuna fish in water
1 box macaroni & cheese
1 sm. can peas

Make macaroni and cheese according to directions on box.  When done,
stir in tuna fish and peas.  Heat throughly.

*Corn can be substituted for peas.  May also top with crumbled buttery
crackers and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.

CRACKED IN THE CHOPS

4 center cut pork chops
1 stack Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crumbled on plate
2 eggs, beaten in shallow bowl
1/2 c. flour
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. parsley
1/4 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. garlic

Mix seasoning with flour on plate.  Heat oil in frying pan.  Dip pork
chops in flour, then eggs, then crackers.  Fry until brown on both 
sides (about 10 minutes each side) on med. heat.
