Rear Swing arm

Below is how each rear swing arm is made.

Here is the trailing arm bolted up and ready to be installed.


Here is how the trailing arm was made. First the bar stock was cut to size. Then the axle end was preped.


The end was completed and then fliped in the lathe.


The the other end was milled to size.


Then the axle end was drilled and taped with a 1/4 20 tap.


The ball joint end was drilled and taped with a 1/4 28 tap.


Then a 1/8 tension pin was placed in the axle end to key the swing arm to the bearing block. Here are three finished swing arms. The top one is stock and the other two were sized for smaller tracks. These can be custom made to any size.
