Iota Tau's Valentine Princess

Iota Tau's Valentine Princess for the 1999-2000 year is

Alyse Carter Essig.

We are proud to have such a beautiful, caring, and vivacious

true Beta Sigma Phi to represent our chapter.

Alyse is one of the founding members of Iota Tau. She has served as President,

Vice-President, and is currently our Treasurer. She serves as our Service and

Ways-n-Means chair as well. Alyse is also the co-chairman of the

2002 Virginia State Convention in Richmond.

As you can see, Alyse is an extremely hard worker.

Alyse truly embodies what it means to be a Beta Sigma Phi. She is always

ready to help out others and to spread the gift of Beta Sigma Phi to

women around her. Alyse is ever-willing to open her home for chapter events

and makes us all feel right at home. She is not only beautiful on the inside but

she is one of the most beautiful people that we know on the outside.

I know that I speak for the chapter as a whole by saying that Iota Tau would

not be the special "home" for us that it is without Alyse's driving force.

She is the glue that binds us all together in sisterhood.

We are honored that she represents Iota Tau as our Valentine Princess.

She is a queen in our eyes.
