A storm at school! Transfer students are idols

Usagi is writing a letter to Mamoru in class, saying how she is and how everyone is into the Three Lights. Minako, Makoto, and Ami come up behind Usagi and comment on her letter, embarrassing her.

Later that day, we see Makoto, Ami, and Minako have joined school clubs (Makoto's in the cooking club and forced into a sports team, Ami's in the computer club, and Minako's on the volleyball team). Usagi decides not to join a club unless it's "super fun, where I can sing and dance... and where I can eat snacks... where there are a super number of super cool boys... and where I can go to America!" Usagi then walks home with Luna and thinks about what happened the other day with Iron Mouse, the phage, and the Starlights. As she thinking, she bumps into Seiya, who's with Taiki and Yaten. The two argue until Seiya leaves.

The scene switches to the third production room at Ginga Television, where Nezu is doing research on a computer for who might have the right starseed. She comes across a football player from Juuban High named Kayama Yuji and decides he'll be her next target. Suddenly, a telephone rings, and Nezu goes to her desk and takes the phone out of a drawer. The voice on the other end says the president is calling her. As if it was a signal, Nezu goes down the hall, into an elevator with "Prohibited Use" and "Out of Order" signs, and up/down/who knows? to vast amount of red glowing space. She comes out, dressed as Sailor Iron Mouse, and bows to a person (the same one as on the phone) named Galaxia. Galaxia asks if the true starseed was found yet. Iron Mouse says she's sure she's found the right person. Galaxia tells her that she needs it to dominate the galaxies and that she expects good news.

Makoto, Usagi, and Ami are walking to school and see a big crowd. They find Minako and she tells them that the Three Lights are transferring into their school. A van wit the Three Lights' symbol pulls up, and all the girls start screaming. Rei (who should be at her own school), pops up from behind and comments on how they did come, surprising everyone. As Taiki and Yaten come out of the van, Rei comes up to them with a card and says how she's member 2906 of their fanclub. Makoto comes up with a card and says she's member 1606; Minako and her card says she's member 278; Ami (embarrassed) and her golden card says she's member 25. The others comment on how early she was. Taiki thanks them and they leave. Seiya comes out and see Usagi, yelling "Hey Odango Atama!" to her. Usagi is very surprised he's one of the Three Lights. Seiya comments on them being classmates together, angering Usagi. Rei and the others ask Usagi how she knows Seiya, but Usagi just says it's a complicated story.

Inside a classroom (first year, class one), a teacher is introducing the Three Lights to the class. Usagi, Minako, Makoto, and Ami are in the class, too. Seiya sees Usagi and winks at her, making her angry. The Three Lights take their seats (Yaten next to Minako, Taiki in front of Makoto, and Seiya in back of Usagi [of course ^_~]). As class goes on, Seiya whispers to Usagi asking what the good clubs are. Usagi says there's nothing "super fun, where I can sing and dance... and where I can eat snacks... where there are a super number of super cool boys... and where I can go to America!" Seiya sweatdrops. ^^;; Minako comes up and says she'll show him around, which causes the teacher to yell at her. Seiya asks if Usagi will show him around too, and Minako comes back up saying that Usagi will. The teacher yells at her again. Then the scene suddenly changes, and we see that Nezu has arrived at the school.

Later, Seiya is playing basketball in the gym with a lot of the school watching, including Usagi, Minako, and the others. Yaten and Taiki don't like it in there, so they leave. As Taiki's going, Minako forces him to take a tour with her to the cultural clubs. As the other girls comment on Minako's forcefulness, Seiya calls out to Usagi and asks where they're going next. Usagi gets angry at Seiya, which makes Rei, Ami, and Makoto angry.

Next, Usagi takes Seiya to the football team. A football lands by him, so he picks it up, tells Usagi he's going to make a touchdown, and starts running down the field. He passes the players and almost reaches the endzone when another football player finally knocks him down. Usagi runs to Seiya and yells at the football player for tackling someone unprotected. To Usagi's surprise, Seiya stands up and shakes the football player's hand. The football player introduces himself as Captain Kayama and invites Seiya onto the team.

The scene switches to Kayama under a facet washing his face. Nezu sneaks up and starts flirting with him (making him blush *^_^*). After Nezu has enough she transforms and takes his starseed. Usagi hears Kayama's scream and transforms. While she's doing that, Iron Mouse discovers that the starseed isn't the right one. Sailor Moon then appears and irritates Iron Mouse. She leaves Kayama to take care of Sailor Moon. Kayama then transforms and announces himself as Sailor Guts. He then attacks Sailor Moon with his "Youth Perspiration Attack!" by throwing globs of sweat (o_O;;;;). Sailor Moon narrowly misses the attack several times (all while holding her nose). Suddenly, Jupiter appears and does her "Jupiter Oak Evolution!", hitting the globs. Sailor Moon sees the rest of the Inner Senshi in back of her, and tells them that who they referred to as the new enemy is really Kayama Yuji (and everyone sweatdrops ^^;;). Sailor Guts starts attacking again, but stops when the Starlights appear. The Inner Senshi are very surprised to see new Senshi. Sailor Star Maker then does "Star Gentle Uterus" and reflects Sailor Guts's attack. The Starlights comment on how weak the other Senshi are, making the Inners and Sailor Moon angry. Just before they jump off, Sailor Moon does "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss" and turns Sailor Guts back into Kayama. When the Senshi look for the Starlights they see that they're gone.

Sometime later, Usagi is sitting in Crown Parlor writing on paper. The other girls sneak up behind Usagi and say they heard she joined the cartoon club. They take the paper from Usagi and try to guess what it is (pig, raccoon dog, Tasmania devil), but Usagi says it's Luna.
