     our members for the purposes of  working together and prospering together. 
 
 2) To seek out, or develop Networking programs for the members to participate in. 

 3) The programs we chose should have a low investment with usable products or services. 

 4) To help members that are new to doing business on the internet. 

 5) To use the Clubs "strength in numbers" to purchase products at discounted prices. 

 6) To use the Clubs "strength in numbers" to negotiate with prospective Networks 
     that we are considering participation with. 

 7) To support the businesses of our members, by giving them the opportunity to promote 
     their product within the club or by using their product whenever possible. 

Principles: 

 1)  Before we launch or get involved with any program the club members will 
       vote to decide on the program.  As well as any other major issue. 

 2) Members will take advantage of opportunities to help other members. 

 3) A forum will be established for members to communicate with each other.
