True?: Of course not!

Alexz advertised T-Shirts on her website saying that part of the proceeds would go to charity. Instead, she took people's money (ripped them off) and didn't mail the -TShirts out.
True?: NO. There were manufacturing problems with the T-Shirts so no more will be sent out, Alexz is giving everyone's money back to them and sending out autographed pics and scripts instead.
