ARCHITECTURAL FEES: residential, interior design, remodeling and historic projects

My consultancy fees for projects in the US, GCC and Canada (valid till 2009)
7,0%	set of basic architectural plans	elevations and floor plans only
9,0%	construction documentation - new structures	as above plus: site plan, 1 section, roof plan - structural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical plans extra
For construction supervision, interior design (if requested) additional fee apply
Small scale projects (below $900,000 USD in construction costs) are billed on hourly bases ($90.00 USD to $240.00/hr) ADMINISTRATION: $90.00/hr CAD DESIGNER: $160.00/hr LEADING ARCHITECT: $240.00/hr A retainer of $10,000 is required due to the above agreement - part of last month billing
15,0%	reconstruction and remodeling projects if above $900,000	complete set of all required plans (add 6% of interior finishes cost: furniture, selected paints, wall papers, carpeting, tiles, hardware ..... to the fee)
18,0%	historic and interior design projects if above $900,000	complete set of documentation with existing structure plans calculated from total construction costs (add 6% of interior finishes cost: furniture, selected paints, wall papers, carpeting, tiles, hardware ..... to the fee)
