1  Speed limits are minimum, not maximum

2  Drivers routinely go through red lights which they call "early pink"  Must be the State Eye Disease

3  Drivers will pass you, whatever it takes: on left ;ane, om right lane, on shoulder ....

4  They are among the most reckless and rude drivers I have ever seen.

5  Traffic lights and signals seem to have been placed to obstruct traffic the most.

6. There is a large amount of debris on the roads and highways that will damage your tires.
