It is amazing to see the amount of energy and money so many women spend to look ugly.
Have you noticed the shoes they wear, often
making them walk like chicken with broken toes or like they have a load in their pants?

Laziness is not the lack of activity but following the line of least resistance.
For some this means inactivity, for others hyperactivity, for others anything in between.

The best way to develop resistance to diseases is to be exposed to them.

If a room remains unused, spiders and other critters will take over.
In a similar way, if we abandon our streets, that is, if we only use them to go places,
criminals and other undesirables take them over.

Strange how, the more gadgets we have to avoid the drudgeries of life, or just to make life easier,
the less of a life we have.

Sometimes we hear: "How did we live before we had .... "
I rediscovered how I lived before I had a TV: I had a life!!
Maybe I can reclaim more of my life getting rid of my computer.

And, the more our cherished idol called technology blesses us the more isolated we are from one another.

It is ironic to hear people say they have friends on Internet,
yet they do not know who lives next door.
It is just a big deception.

Competition among adults is, in general, a sign of immaturity.
Competition without keeping score is a sign of maturity.

What we call free speech is nothing but loose talk. Not worth much. Free speech cannot be attacked for it is virtually unkown.

To say what you want when you want is loose talk
The ability to say what needs to be said at the right time is free speech.

There is complete protection available to you-silence.

Those who ask for our vote are followers, not leaders.

Why do we create traffic jams in front of schools?

It is strange that all office buildings are detrimental to your health by design
They lack sunlight
They lack fresh air
They flood you in fluorescent light.

A strange new phenomena recently came to my attention. We have created a new breed of babies. Unlike their predecessors which had to be carried by mom who also had to carry their bottles and occasionally buy them toys, the new breed of babies moves around on its own, carries its own bottles and buys its own expensive toys and games. They even have jobs to carry out all this nonsense.

Political Correctness

It is a State Religion, similar in its effects to the Inquisition.

Government uses it to suppress free speech. Therefore it oppresses and enslaves people.

Politically Correct Ideas, generally are wrong, just clichés with no real meaning; they are a form of loose speech, which the feeble minded majority of people thinks (and I am generous) to be free speech.

Those who ask for our vote are followers not leaders.

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked in jet engines.

Change is inevitable ... except from vending machines.

Artificial intelligence is no match to human stupidity.

All generalizations are false.

Children Safety on the WWW

The safety of children on the net would be greatly improved if we admited that the Web is not a place for un-attended children. This means that for their safety, the children should be supervised by their parents. Unfortunately, too many parents refuse to do this on various grounds.

Smoker?

Remember that no one but you opens your mouth and puts a cigarette in it. Don't blame others! And all along, you knew it was not good for your health, even so you still do it. Take responsibility for what you do. At the same time teach your children, to take responsibility for what they do, by your example.

Computers & School.

One of the major aims of school up to the level of a bachelor degree is the development of young people, NOT the accumulation of information. This requires a brain, paper and a pen. It can be helped by a teacher. The purpose of the teacher is to create conditions conducive to this development. This development requires effort. It is not the accumulation of information and it does not require a computer. In fact a computer is but a tool for the further systematic idiotization of the young people who, ironically, we hope are the future of the world.

Crimes

Why is it that some people, who kill innocent people with pre-meditation, are condemned, while others, who do the same on a larger scale, are made into heroes and sometimes even have a statue built to honor them?

Recycling

As we practice it, it is but institutionalized waste.
