Ahh konnichiwa!!! Welcome to the home of the Seven Seishi of Suzaku! In here you can learn just a little bit bout each of the Seishi! Of course do forgive me if this isn't up to standards yet, I'm trying my best and this page is under constant construction! Now shall we begin our tour?!
Tamahome-kun
Let's start off with Tamahome, the first Seishi to be seen and found. Miaka meets him when she first comes to the Konan world. Tamahome saves her and Yui from a small gang of perverts, and he does a fairly good job of it too. Tamahome's symbol on his forehead means OGRE, but all you probably knew that already. Of course eventually he falls in love with Miaka, becomes a most noble guy and ends up doing anything for her. Did I mention Tama-Chan loves money?! He's always looking for a way to make a little bit more, of course it's all for his family ::sniffle sniffle:: ^-^ Tamahome eventually goes back to Miaka's world so he can be with her, since his family was killed (Bad Suboshi, bad..now go sit in a corner!) she's all he has left ::sniffle::
Hotohori-sama
Hotohori-sama, the second Seishi to be found, also the young emperor of Konan Country. He's a quite narcissic person and thinks he makes a very beautiful woman (which is true, he does!) But underneath it all, Hotohori is a quite interesting man, he's only about 18 and rules over a country! WHOO HOO, I wish I could do that! He first meets Miaka and Tamahome in the streets when Miaka asks for one of Hotorhori's jewels. A whole buncha bad stuff happens and the two are thrown in jail. Of course Hotohori doesn't kill them, instead he asks Miaka to be Suzaku no Miko. In that time frame Hotohori also falls in love with Miaka, and proposes to her I think on two different occasions in the series. *^-^*
Nuriko
NURI-CHAN!!! Kawaii!! Isn't he just the cutest thing you have ever seen....yes...HE! I know he looks like a girl, reason behind that...well he's a crossdresser. At the beginning of the series you meet Nuriko as a girl, but later Miaka discovers that Nuri is flat chested!! DUN DUN DUUUUN!! So they just assume Nuri's gay. But in all reality he was just trying to carry on the memory of his sister Kourin who died when he was younger. So he basically just became Kourin, he fits the part well neh? Later whole bunches of stuff happens to poor Nuriko, eventually he's killed by one of the Seiryuu Seishi. Right before then he cuts his hair and proclaims his love for Miaka. Awwwwwwwww...I loooove Nuri-chan soo much!!
Tasuki
Tasuki!! Tasuki's so cool, generally everyone thinks he's better the Tama but I beg to differ. Tasuki's like one of the last Seishi found, discovered residing in the mountains as a bandit. ^-^ Well after a whole buncha stuff happens, Tasuki leaves the bandits and joins the Seishi. He's a very crude person and generally uses alot of cuss words to his liking. But that's what makes him so darn interesting. I love it when him and Tamahome argue back and forth, it's so entertaining. See they don't know each other for the LONGEST time and when they finally meet, heh Tama's not himself and kinda beats the living poop outta Tasuki. ^-^ That's all right, cause they be friends in da end! Awwwww. Psst check it out, you can see his Seishi character in the pic above on his arm!
Chichiri
Awww Chichiri-san!!! Say hello to the cute little monk everyone!! Chichiri is the fourth Seishi found, he was discovered in the woods after saving Miaka from being killed. Chichiri's soo incredibly cool, he's got a nifty hat and everything. He's got awesome powers, he can teleport and do just bout anything! He also adds "no da" after everything he says. It's so adorable, and it's kinda catchy to. He'll do just random things, which is entertaining. He can also transform himself into looking like other people, he can also change people to look different. It's so spiffy! I wish I had myself a wondering monk. I'd tell you bout how he got his scar and why he wears a mask but that might be considered spoilers and I think there's enough of those up there. ^-^
CCChiriko & Misukake
GOMEN!!!!! I dun have any manga pics of these two by themselves! ::cries:: Whaaa I'm sooo sooo sorry! But I can give you info on the two. Misukake is a doctor, one who has magical healing powers! He used to be a doctor but when his girlfriend died, he became an old hermit. Of course he's not really old, but ya know. He turns out to be a rather noble Seishi, I still hold a grudge over him for not saving Nuri-Chan ::waps Misukake:: -_- Hee hee I'm just kidding, I would never hold that against the jolly green giant. *Misu* -_- *Jess-Chan* O.o;;;;
Chiriko! The last Seishi to be found, er well he actually found them after they actually believed that Amiboshi was Chiriko, but in the end the little 13 year old comes to save them all from certain doom. ::Waps Amiboshi:: Bad Amiboshi! Chiriko's supposedly really intelligent, but I never really paid much attention to him, he kinda just blurred into the background. ::hugs Chiriko:: GOMEN FOR IGNORING YOU!!! ^-^ Now I feel all betters!
