About Us

As I go over what we have done for the first half of the year I have to say, that we are pathetic. But give us a break, we are either high school or college students who have a lot of work to do.

In the past two and a half years as a unit, we really haven't done much. But you have to give us credit, we do run it with little or no help from anyone else. No, of course we aren't bitter. Actually, we have done some somewhat cool stuff. We have gone camping, watched paint dry, read poetry in the metro, seen some movies, and talked. We seem to talk a lot. Not about anything in particular, just this and that, yet somehow we manage to get a badge doing it.

Our first year was interesting. We had 5 members and a leader at it's peak. We didn't do much program. It took us an entire year to finish one badge. We went to our first moot and had a couple of interesting experiences with our leader Tania.

Our second year in service was intriguing. We went to two more moots, saw more movies, I think this was the year that we had the sleepover. We got 3 more badges and made a movie, although no one claims to have been there that day.

We are now in our third year. I'm sorry, it's my fault. We lost Tania to Germany and Rosemary to the Scouts, but we gained two new recruits, Felicity and Emily. They still haven't been enrolled. We are working on our Chief Comissioner's Challenge or whatever it is called and worked we certainly have. We are about half finished it wish mostly the manual labour stuff left to do. Apart from that we went to another moot which was as always interesting. Maybe next year they won't stick us by the highway. And maybe next year we will be able to finish the orienteering game. That is one challenge we want to complete by the year 2005. We have tried several times and have always failed miserably. Well, better luck to us next time!

This is us. We really aren't as pathetic as we sound, honestly. We are always eager to do cool stuff so give us a toot if you happen to see this page. It would make our meeting that much more interesting.
