Plants For Members Group

The Massachusetts Chapter's Plant For Members Group (P4M) propagates more than 2000 donated rhododendron cutting per year. Propagation of more than 5000 different cultivars of rhododendrons has been attempted. P4M provides chapter members the opportunity to purchase rhododendron cultivars, both species and hybrids that are difficult to find from commercial sources.

Rooted cuttings in 4 inch pots are sold for $3 each. Volunteer workers are credited with a $2 deduction towards the purchase of a plant for each work day. Donors and volunteers take first choice but all members can purchase plants on the sale days.
