The WebTV RecRing Webring!

This is the Homepage of the WebTV Rec Friends!! This was designed to promote the webring, and supply help.As the webring grows I will probably have to enforce these rules more and more..Well I don't have many but the few I do have are important.

1) You must have the html Code on your main or webring page, at all times..I will be checking to see if members have the code on there page.
2) No X,XX,XXX stuff..I will except R if its at a minumum or not on a main page..Because I have some stuff like that.
3) Tell some friends about this webring.Its not going to grow if no one knows about it.
