Some people decided to vote multiple times so, in the *real* contest, with only one vote per person, we have a tie for first place between Romano and Kovach. They each recieved a whopping two votes. Carter, Doug, and Mark all recieved one vote.

However, if we count every vote, Carter came in first with four votes, Kovach and Romano with 2 votes, and Mark and Doug with one vote.
