My main interest in WV was due to my gggrandfather George Hyde Huish serving in the 1st WV Vol. Infantry 3 months service. I have since ordered and received his pension records from the Nation Archives, but still trying to find out what drew him to WV, when he arrived, and where/how long he lived there.
