Snodgrass, William L. - 82, Spencers Island, Cumberland Co., died December 7, 1997, in Chignecto Manor, Advocate. Born in Hampton, N.B., he was a son of the late William and Fredrica (Perkins) Snodgrass. He served with the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War in the 106th Artillery Division and the Merchant Navy. He was later employed by McCully and Soy Logging. Surviving are sister, Edith (Mrs. Fred Cashwell), Saint John, N.B.; several nieces and nephews. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, both in Spencers Island Union Church, Rev. Peter Smith officiating. Burial in Advocate Cemetery. Donations to Bayview Health Care Centre. Arrangements entrusted to Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro.
