Martin Sanford Sigsworth, child of William Henry Sigsworth and Phoebe Jane Whaley, born Feb. 28, 1865, in Frontenac District, Ontario Canada, died Sept. 15, 1952, at Amery, Polk Co., Wisconsin. Martin married first to Hannah Salome McPherson on Dec. 25, 1886, in Loughborough, Frontenac District, Ontario Canada, d/o Alexander and Harriet McPherson. Hannah was born in Portland Twp., Frontenac District, Ontario Canada in 1865, and she died in the USA some time before the 1900 Federal Census. Martin married second on Feb. 28, 1900, at Clear Lake, Polk Co., Wisconsin to Christine E. Johnson (she born Jan. 13, 1883, at Frontenac, Goodhue Co., Minnesota, died at Amery on June 2, 1964).
