Introduction

William Campbell Snodgrass, born June 19, 1855, in Jackson Twp., Crawford Co., Ohio, died December 22, 1931, in Bright, Douglas Co., Washington. He married Eunice Marie Troll (Emma) on May 10, 1882, daughter of Martin Troll and Eva Mary Schafer. Emma was born May 17, 1857, in Wilmington, Greene Co., Illinois, and died June 09, 1916, in Bright, Douglas Co., Washington. Children of William and Emma were:

1-Martin Snodgrass, b.November 1885 in Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio, d.1918 in Bright, Douglas Co., Washington:
2-Harriet Caroline Snodgrass, b.November 17, 1888 in Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio, d.July 06, 1973, in Ephrata, Grant Co., Washington, married John Elliot
3-Clyde Troll Snodgrass, b.February 07, 1890, in Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio, d.February 1965, in Ephrata, Grant Co., Washington, married Marie Celina Beaulieu on May 10, 1911, daughter of Arthur Beaulieu and Josephine Valerie Suzanne Everett. Celina was born March 09, 1892, in Nicomen, and d.August 29, 1961, at Mission City, B.C.
4-Thomas William Snodgrass, b.December 1892, in Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio:
5-Infant Snodgrass, b.April 26, 1895, in Jefferson Twp., Crawford Co., Ohio, d.April 27, 1895, in Jefferson Twp., Crawford Co., Ohio. The baby was buried in Bellville Cemetery, Jefferson Twp, Richland County. Interment record reads - Snodgrass, infant of Mr. and Mrs. William Snodgrass, born Bellville 26 Apr. 1895, Died 27 Apr. 1895:

Cemetery Records
Highland (Baird) Cemetery, Douglas County, WA., compiled and submitted by Fred Pflugrath March 20,1999. Located .2 miles east of mile post 181 on Highway 2 (west of Coulee City). Take county road "L" SE .3 miles north. At the intersection, turn west and travel about .6 miles to the cemetery and the Old Baird School House which has been moved to that spot. T24N R26E Section 1. From the appearance, the cemetery is about 5+ acres in size. The part of the cemetery that is used, had been prepared for Memorial Day and was still in good shape.
