Walk With Me

When I drove myself down
As far as the ground,
When I ahd taken all I could form life,
I opened my heart
To make a new start
The day that Jesus came into my life.


He said, "Walk with me,
And I'll walk with you.
Trust in me,
And I'll see you through.
Walk with me,
And you'll know no more dispair.
Trust in me,
And I'll show you that I care."


I heard what He had said,
And I know I wasn't dead,
Although I'd come about as close as I could.
Jesus showed me a new day,
And trhough Him I found my way.
He did all the things He promised that He would.
