Soap Opera Junkie

Something happens to me every afternoon From twelve to three each day I'm tied down to the TV And I cannot get away. Cause I'm a soap opera junkie I love to watch those shows I'm a soap opera junkie Soap opera junkie. Someone's getting murdered every day The Days of their Lives are drawing niggh By a man who's dressed like Roman Brady But I know that's a lie I must find out if they ever catch that guy. Cause I'm a soap opera junkie The Guiding Light's the way to go I'm a soap opera junkie Soap opera junkie. Let me tell of Alan Spaulding The J. R. of daytime TV Money can buy him anything Women, power, home and family He's a villian like none you'll ever see If you're not a soap opera junkie You don't know what you're missing Cause I'm a Soap Opera junkie Sooap opera junkie. Friday's shows aree just the bet Cause they give all the suspense No matter what is going on Cliff hangers will be tense I know it makes no sense But I'm a soap opera junkie I live to see what goes on next I'm a soap opera junkie A soap opera junkie. I'ma a soap opera junkie I want to see those shows I'm a soap opera junkie Soap opera junkie.
