My name is Elizabeth Pinsent, I'm 14 years old and I became an anime fan
when I was introduced to Sailor Moon in 6th - 7th grade. I was later
introduced to other anime by a friend of mine and due to the fact that I
live in Vancouver, Canada I get all my anime info from the internet. I
really can't think of anything else right now, but if I've forgotten
anything, drop me a line.
Liz's mascot's name is Ari. He's a kat/lion type of cub! Ain't he cute! ^^

The first place winner of the Mascot contest is Zrana! And excellent
artist! This is what she had to say about herself and the cute lil'
EMKitty! (Which she created and you can see him to the left.)
When I started digging through my mind (hey...WHAT mind?!) for an idea
for a
mascot, all I could think of were kitties. Moon kitties that is. Seemed
fitting for a sailor moon site with a name like "Katnip Palace" to have
a
moon kitty mascot. I talked to a friend on the phone, and we decided the
kitty should be a boy. At some point Eternal Moon Kitty was created. He
just
needed to be colored. I didn't want a solid colored kitty. I also didn't
want an eye color the other kitties had. Fooling around with
watercolors,
EMKitty finally got the colorings he has now. And isn't he CUTE!
