Apartment fees range from $1,278 for a studio with three meals a day to
$2,015 for a large two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with three meals.
Second person fee is $1,055, which includes three meals. There is a
one-time accommodation fee equal to one month's rent.
Assisted living monthly fee is $1,752 for semi-private room, $1,935
for small private and $3,444 for large private.
Skilled nursing care fee is $2,852 for semi-private room, $3,170 for
small private and $5,419 for large private.
Rates are effective through June 1, 1998.
Wesley Terrace residents pay privately.
Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted.
