Please note that not all graphics have been optimised for the web. Download times may be long for some pages because of this. I normally do not optimise or do fine clean-up work (sharpening images, cleaning up stray pixels) on graphics until a page design has been approved for use because this is all "hand work" and it takes too much time to do this to images that may not be used.
