5/23/00 - The Ephrata Tigers continue to be a roadblock for the Bears in the postseason. Ki-Be trailed 6-0 in the third before starting their comeback with 4 runs in the 4th and 3 in the 5th to tie the score at 7. Kyle Rodeman had the big hit with a two run homer in the fifth. Despite 17 hits in the game by the Bears, they could not manage anymore runs and Ephrata eventually scored with one out in the bottom of the 9th to move on and send the Bears home for the year. All in all it was a successfull first year for Coach Doug Gustafson as the successor to "THE LEGEND" Mike Hagen. Congratulations Bears!
