Well, I have known this person for 37 years and believe me, it's Sister.
I would know her anywhere.

On May 9, 1995, my sister underwent Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery
at the age of 33.  She was 5' 3" and weighed 352 pounds.

As of October 1, 1998, she has lost 200 pounds and now weighs 152.
The loose skin, her "apron", weighs a good 10-15 pounds, I'd wager, so
once she has that surgically removed, she will weigh in the 130's.
Dang!!!
