The counterfeit Caw is larger in size than the authentic Caw. Its most 
noticeable flaw however, is that it has golden yellow beak and feet. 
The authentic Caw has orange beak and feet. Additionally:

--the fake has larger eyes that protrude out more than eyes on 
authentic Beanies.
--the stems of the eyes (inside the body) are long and pointy
--the body is understuffed and floppy
--the tush tag has a 1993 date and it should read 1995.
--there is no comma after the words "TY INC."
