"THE NORTH AMERICAN SPUM SOCIETY ACT:
Be it known, that the SPUM does found the North American SPUM
Society. It shall be non-profit. It shall obey the Treaty of SPUM and
Parchment of Microstatia. Any North American, North American citizen
or resident of North America may join; subject to other requirements
set by the North American SPUM Society. It will be governed by a
Society Assembly, of an odd number of members appointed by the
Secretary-General of the SPUM; and by a Chief Executive Officer
(C.E.O.), which shall be elected by the Society Assembly. The Society
Assembly shall have the power to elect the Chief Executive Officer,
set requirements for entrance into the Society, set Society policies
and maintain the Society's budget. The Chief Executive Officer shall
have the power to accept and remove people as members of the Society,
set goals for the Society, maintain the employment of the Society;
and has power over all other activities of the Society (once ratified
by the Society Assembly). The Society shall function in English,
Spanish or French as they choose."
"THE EUROPEAN SPUM SOCIETY ACT:
Be it known, that the SPUM does found the European SPUM Society. It
shall be non-profit. It shall obey the Treaty of SPUM and Parchment
of Microstatia. Any European, European citizen or resident of Europe
may join; subject to other requirements set by the European SPUM
Society. It will be governed by a Society Council, of an odd number
of members appointed by the Secretary-General of the SPUM; and by a
President, which shall be elected by the Society Council. The Society
Council shall have the power to elect the President, and make
proposals to the President. The President is leader of this Society.
He may make proposals to the Society Council. The Society shall
function in English, French or Esperanto as they choose."
"THE SOUTH AMERICAN SPUM SOCIETY ACT:
Be it known, that the SPUM does found the South American SPUM
Society. It shall be non-profit. It shall obey the Treaty of SPUM and
Parchment of Microstatia. Any South American, South American citizen
or resident of South America may join; subject to other requirements
set by the South American SPUM Society. It will be governed by a
Board of the Society., of an odd number of members chosen by the
Secretary-General of the SPUM. The Board of the Society shall choose
a Chairman, who is the head of the Society, and of the Board of the
Society. The Society shall function in Spanish, Portuguese or English
as they choose."
"We, of the Regulor, which is the Security-Council of the SPUM, in
cooperation with the Secretary-General of the SPUM and the Democratic
Union
of Ratelon do call a cease-fire. We, the SPUM (Splendid Micro-Union of
Ratelon) do request of the JSG and Chief Mirul Topal that they do not
send
250.000 man at arms to Ratelon till Saturday. Instead, we request a
Negotiations Conference to take place."
The "NEW" SPUM Requirements Act:
"To join the SPUM: parties asking for membership must give their
name, the name of their micronation, electronic or physical proof of
the Government of the parties asking for membership's authorisation,
an official electronic mail address of the Government of the parties
asking for membership or of their approved delegate/representative,
the postal address of the delegate or representative chosen,
electronic or physical proof of the appointment of that individual to
be delegate or representative, and the Government of the parties
asking for membership must take the following steps:
1, The Government of the parties asking for membership must advise
and consent to the ratification of the Treaty of SPUM, between the
Kingdom of Danos and New Worcester Kingdom;
2. The Government of the parties asking for membership must advise
and consent to the ratification of the Parchment of Microstatia; And,
3. The Government of the parties asking for membership must make a
SPUM Membership Act, accepting their permanent membership in the
SPUM.
All members of the SPUM before this law is in effect are not bound by
it, unless they leave the SPUM and attempt to join again. It shall
come into effect on the date of the nineteenth day of the month of
September, in the ninth year, of the ninth decade, of the nine
hundredth year, of the one thousandth year Anno Domini, i.e.
September 19, 1999 A.D."
A SECRETARY-GENERAL PRIME DICTATE AND DECLARATION:
BE IT DECLARED, that if Roger Poulard of the Dominion of Asphynxia
becomes Secretary-General of the Splendid Micro-Union sometime during
the next two years, the Vice Secretary-General shall be Stefan
Mesztowicz of the Gay Parallel Republic if he accepts this offer.
Otherwise, Abby Pritchard of the Lobster Nation shall become Vice
Secretary-General.
AND BE IT DECLARED, that if Stefan Mesztowicz of the Gay Parallel
Republic becomes Secretary-General of the Splendid Micro-Union of
Microstatia within the next two years, the Vice Secretary-General
shall be Abby Pritchard of the Lobster Nation.
FINALLY, BE IT DECLARED, that if Abby Pritchard of the Lobster Nation
becomes Secretary-General of the Splendid Micro-Union of Microstatia
within the next two years, the Vice Secretary-General shall be
Tristan Glark. SO DECLARED AND FINISHED.
