within Worcester, blessing the One and True Omnipotent God of all the 

Worlds of Heaven and

of Earth, We do so declare the existence of the Central Linguistic 

Agency (CLA). The CLA shall

be the supreme translation and linguistic interpretation agency of 

the New Worcester Kingdom.

All official translators and interpreters of the New Worcester 

Kingdom shall be members of this

agency. 



Also, do We declare the existence of the Esterite Historical Society 

(EHS). 

The EHS shall record Esterite history, based upon Esterite 

newspapers, information from the

Monarchs and Prime Chiefs, and Esterite laws, treaties, constitutions 

and Faslexiuses. 




FL 11- His Majesty ********************* I Abdication Act.

Verily, under the willful approval of His Majesty ************* I, 

and in legally acceptable

ways, the King and Founder of the New Worcester Kingdom, His Majesty 

****************** I

(**********************) shall abdicate the throne of Royalty of 

the New Worcester

Kingdom. He shall still be allowed to publish the Cacansa Esteri 

Paipaic (CEP). 



Verily, the Monarch has actually renounced His Esterite citizen. The 

population of the New

Worcester Kingdom is reduced to six human beings. He shall still be 

allowed to administer and

be the webmaster of the New Worcester Kingdom Palace internet 

website. This does not count

as citizenship or being a national of the New Worcester Kingdom. 

Prime Chief William Robert Beasley shall become King William I of the 

New Worcester

Kingdom. 




FL 12- National Socialist Parties Forbidden Act.

National socialist political parties are forbidden within the New 

Worcester Kingdom. Esterite

citizens may not create national socialist political parties of the 

New Worcester Kingdom.

Esterite citizens may create them, if they are of another country. 

For instance, the National

Socialist Political Party of America. National socialist 

organizations are forbidden within the

New Worcester Kingdom. Nazi political parties and organizations are 

forbidden within the New

Worcester Kingdom. 




FL 13- The Seven Year Plan #1 Act.

The New Worcester Kingdom may create “number year plans”. For the 

next seven years, the

New Worcester Kingdom shall act under the Seven Year Plan. This 

“number year plan” shall be

the set goals of the New Worcester Kingdom for the next seven years, 

and the Government of the

New Worcester Kingdom shall act under this plan. 


-The first goal of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be to expand Our 

population to that of

twenty or more Esterite citizens. 

-The second goal of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be to sign 

another six treaties with other

micronations or macronations. 

-The third goal of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be to entirely 

conquer, destroy or dominate

the Island of Islandia. 

-The fourth goal of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be to eventually 

write a History of the

New Worcester Kingdom in the English and Vocatae languages. 

-The fifth goal of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be to help the 

SPUM to achieve twenty or

more members of the Senatus. 



FL 14- The World Peace Act.

The New Worcester Kingdom supports all peaceful efforts for World 

Peace and the eventual

establishment of a World Government. The New Worcester Kingdom will 

gladly join any

organizations that support the peaceful efforts for the unity of 

mankind and of micronations,

such as the United Nations. The New Worcester Kingdom supports the 

League of Seccesionist

States (LoSS), the United Micronations, the Grand Alliance and the 

Splendid Micro-Union of

Microstatia (SPUM). Upon one year after the end of the Seven Year 

Plan, the New Worcester

Kingdom shall send a message to all micronations that We are able to, 

calling for the end of all

micronational war and the beginning a greater peace among 

micronations and microstates. 





FL 15- The Origin of the People Act.

Verily, the origin of the Esterite people and the Esterite race is 

deeply rooted in the Norse

(Viking) people, the Saxon people, the Native American Penobskot 

people, and the Scottish

people. Our Glorious Founder, *************************, is a 

descendent of these peoples and

they are the historical ancestors of Our people. When someone 

combines the genes and the

knowledge of these four peoples, that person would own all the 

Earth’s power. 




FL 16- The Community of Four Act.

There was a micronation, called the New Worcester Kingdom. The New 

Worcester Kingdom

inspired the creation of three other micronations. These micronations 

are called the Island of

Islandia, Markonia, and the Kingdom of Danos. These four micronations 

make up the

Community of Four. The New Worcester Kingdom was the only really 

active one. However,

friendly relationships existed with the Kingdom of Danos. Not so 

friendly relationships existed

with the Island of Islandia and Markonia. The key to Our success is 

either the unity of the

Community of Four, or the destruction of all ties that link this 

unique community. Either, will

give Us success. The New Worcester Kingdom recognizes this. Who knows 

the destiny of the

Community of Four?
