FL 26-New Worcester Kingdom Motto Act.

The motto of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be in Latin, “REGNAT POPVLVS”. The motto
of the New Worcester Kingdom shall be in English, “the people rule”. The motto of the New
Worcester Kingdom shall be in Vocatae, “venda padesa”. The motto of the New Worcester
Kingdom shall be in Willish, “eht elpoep elur”. The motto of the New Worcester Kingdom shall
be in Babel, “rego adami”. The motto may be used by anyone and the government owns no rights
to it.

The New Worcester Kingdom’s Declaration on World Peace (1999):
The New Worcester Kingdom realizes that It is not a single manifestation of the
micropatrological phenomenon. We are not alone.
And it is true that We have many a micronational and many and macronational brother.
We look with sincere respect upon those ways of conduct and of life, and those laws and
administrations of other sovereign entities.
Men of all countries, unite! Naught is there sacred territory to defend, that We would not
give up for this one indestructible goal. General disarmament for all macronations and
micronations, besides what is needed for internal security is of great importance. Armaments are
not only the cause of international conflict, and are often its symptom.
We desire a united Earth and a united Micronational Community, where men may move
at will.
We desire a Law of Human Rights guaranteeing the basic human freedoms.
We desire a micronational and macronational Supreme Tribunal with adequate powers to
enforce the Law of Human Rights.
We desire a micronational and world assembly where the live forces of all nations shall
be represented.
Just as the world shall live in a Great Peace, shall also the microworld in separate
individuality from the other but both recognizing the sovereignty of the other.
There must be an ultimate end of torture, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment,
genocide, drug abuse, apartheid in sports, and human rights violations.
We as one Unified World must recognize and respect the rights of the child, the equality
of the sexes, the fusion of the races; and the establishment of One Government, federal and
universal in its powers; the creation or adoption of one language, one currency, one anthem, one
motto, one flag and the ultimate end of hatred; and cheering the days of happiness and peace.
Racism is the disease which is plaguing the planet. All forms of prejudice must in due
time, END! We must recognize that unity comes from diversity and not communist
standardization.
Slavery is a crime against humanity. Many countries abused the colored peoples and took
them from their homes. Then, slavery was their evil destiny. Did it not take a long and bloody
Civil War to emancipate them and bring the black peoples up to their God-given glory?
If We were to follow the doctrine: “Nation and Fatherland” which was referred to by
Hitler, Fuhrer of Germany, as the only National Socialist (Nazi) doctrine, then We would be
lowering ourselves to their bitterful level.
WHY NOT TRY PEACE FOR A WHILE? IF WE FIND WAR IS BETTER, IT WILL
NOT BE DIFFICULT TO FIGHT AGAIN...
Through the World Peace Act (FL 14) and a firm and steady trust in Our federal
government, We can spread Our dreams.
FL 27-The Danosian Purchase of ‘99 Act.

With the Danosian Purchase of ‘99, the New Worcester Kingdom claims ownership of the
Kingdom of Danos. The Kingdom of Danos is now called, The Kingdom of Danos Territory of
the New Worcester Kingdom but may also be called the Territory of Danos. For the cost of five
dollars and fifty American cents, the King of the Kingdom of Danos has given up possession of
His micronation. The Territory of Danos is recognized by the New Worcester Kingdom as the
second Esterite territory and is as equal as the Muskyon Territory.
FL 28-The Treaty of the Empire Ratification Act.

The Treaty of the Empire with the Kingdom of Danos and the New Worcester Kingdom is
ratified and signed by the New Worcester Kingdom and shall take effect on January second of
the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety nine or in the first year of the New Worcester
Kingdom.
FL 29-The Parchment of Microstatia Ratification Act.

Section One: The New Worcester Kingdom, through Its previous delegate, ******************************, on October 10, 1998, AD Sunday, with the Kingdom of Danos delegate, ********************************, at the First SPUM Constitutional Congress in the Origo Colony and Babal
Province of the New Worcester Kingdom, did both sign the Parchment of Microstatia, bringing it
to effect.
Section Two: The New Worcester Kingdom on this date of the Twenty Fifth day of the month of
December, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Eight, AD Friday, does ratify the
Parchment of Microstatia and all twenty one articles, the preamble, and the annex contained
within the text of the Parchment of Microstatia.
FL 30-The SPUM and United Micronations Participation Act.

Section One: The New Worcester Kingdom gained memberships in the SPUM and the United
Micronations before the publications of the Faslexiuses. Thereby, the New Worcester Kingdom
is a member of the SPUM and shall obey SPUM jurisdiction. Thereby, the New Worcester
Kingdom is a member of the United Micronations and shall respect and listen to all United
Micronations declarations.
Section Two: The New Worcester Kingdom grants the King or Queen the right to choose
multiple delegates and ambassadors, and call for the election of representatives to these said
organizations and alliances.
FL 31- The Charter of the Supreme Intermicro-Court Ratification Act.

The New Worcester Kingdom on this date of the Thirtieth day of the month of December, in the
year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Eight, AD Wednesday, does ratify the Charter of
the Supreme Intermicro-Court and all five articles, preamble and signatures contained within the
Charter of the Supreme Intermicro-Court.
FL 32- Celeste Honourary Citizenship Bill.

The King grants Celeste Erenstone honourary citizenship, and she is assigned honourary
membership in the Erosmidea Province.
FL 33- Chelsea Erenstone Act.

Chelsea Erenstone is recognized as the seventh Esterite citizen, and is assigned to the Erosmidea
Province.
FL 34-Him Again Act.
Written By: William Robert Beasley-Intos Province.
Section One: **************************r is recognized as the eighth Esterite citizen, and is
assigned to the Babal Province. He may be officially called Klaus, Venahrhonil Ia Patterrevuric,
Rex Regius or *************************.
Section Two: He is granted knighthood of the Order of Pax and is dubbed Sir ******************* of
the House of *****************.
Section Three: He is and shall always be, Founder of the New Worcester Kingdom.
FL 35-John Smith Bill.
