Article One: The Government of the New Worcester Kingdom does ratify
the Declaration
of L.O.S.S. as signed by the Kingdom of Talossa, the Imperial Jahn
Empire, and the
Kingdom of Thord on the twenty sixth day of November in the year One
Thousand Nine
Hundred Eighty. The New Worcester Kingdom, while a member or observer
member of
the League of Seccesionist States (LoSS), shall obey the Declaration
of L.O.S.S. and does
pledge the members thereof, Its military and economic aid for said
amount of time. The
New Worcester Kingdom recognizes Its status as a World Singular
Seccesionist State and
supports the idea of a world of 10,000,000,000 nations.
Article Two: The Government of the New Worcester Kingdom does ratify
the Charter of
the League of Seccesionist States and shall obey it as a member or
observer member and
for so long as the charter shall exist subject to said membership or
non-membership.
Should we be no longer members, we shall not obey the Charter of the
League of
Seccesionist States.
Article Three: The New Worcester Kingdom grants the King or Queen the
right to choose
ambassadors or call for the election of representatives to the League
of Seccesionist
States.

FL 39- Amendment to the Laws of New Worcester #2.

There shall be this amendment to the Laws of New Worcester, as
approved in Article
Four, Section three:
Amendment Two:
Article One, Section Four shall now read:
Section Four, Clause One: There shall be a House of Law (Hol). It
shall be the supreme
legislative power (under the King or Queen). It shall consist of nine
members, called
MHs, elected in the National Convention. The National Convention
consists of one
representative from each province, territory, and colony, who
collectively vote for the
eight of the MHs. Each MH shall have an infinite number of one year
terms. The King or
Queen shall also be an MH.
Section Four, Clause Two, Part One: The House of Law shall have the
power to pay the
debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the
New Worcester
Kingdom.
Part Two: To borrow money on the credit of the New Worcester Kingdom;
Part Three: To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign
coin, and fix the
standards of weights and measures;
Part Four: To establish post offices and post roads;
Part Five: To constitute tribunals inferior to the Holy Esterite
Court (Hec);
Part Six: To raise and support armies;
Part Seven: To provide and maintain a navy;
Part Eight: And to make all laws necessary and proper for the federal
government of the
New Worcester Kingdom. However, no law nor act shall the House of Law
make that
does not have the authorization of the King or Queen.

FL 41- Judicial Law.

Should any person find the decision of the Holy Esterite Court
inaccurate or insufficient,
that person may take the case before the Supreme Intermicro-Court
which may overrule
any Holy Esterite Court decisions. The Supreme Intermicro-Court may
overrule the King
or Queen’s judicial decisions. The Supreme Intermicro-Court is the
highest judicial
power in the micronational community.
