Operational Analysis

In the Operational Analysis area of our Management Consulting, LMN reviews the client's operation and identifies areas for productivity improvement, necessary changes in internal controls and candidate changes for cost controls:

• Map and review current or new work process.
  
• Recommend and implement changes to effect a simplified cost effective process.
  
• Conduct surveys to assess the potential benefits of implementing proposed recommendations.
  
• Implement Changes and establish Productivity Indices.
  
• Provide implementation support and management assistance to client personnel.
  
• Conduct post implementation performance evaluation.
