F.O.C.U.S. (Friends Often Come in Unlimited Sizes)
FOCUS is a social support group for overweight and obese individuals and the friends and family that love them. The goal of FOCUS is to provide positive social activities that cater to overweight and obese persons and prevent isolation, a common symptom of our disease. FOCUS hosts events nationwide including: Parties, "Fat-Friendly" Exercise Classes, Exciting Getaways, Support Groups and Counseling Services and Self-Esteem Boosting Workshops and Seminars. One year of membership dues to join FOCUS is $12 and includes: monthly newsletters, discounts to ALL FOCUS events, Online newsletters and updates and free support, counseling and information on obesity related issues.

Weight Loss Surgery Survivors
Weight Loss Surgery Survivors is a support group for those who have undergone any type of weight reduction surgery. Stomach stapling and gastric bypass are just two of the various types of surgical procedures used to treat obesity. The support group provides information, support, counseling, informational seminars and retreats for members. Membership to WLSS is free for members who have undergone weight reduction surgery. Informational materials and events are available to others at cost.
