The following is a facsimile of the Amended Complaint filed in U.S. District Court in   Bridgeport, Connecticut October 7, 1998 before the honorable and distinguished U.S. District Court Judge, Janet Hall. Pages 1-6 are facsimiles of handwritten complaint, pages 7-16 are available as html scanned text.

The suit arises out of the frustration of rank and file members of the Laborers International Union of North America, (LIUNA) at the utter failure by the U.S. Department of Justice to eliminate corruption in the New England region dominated by Arthur A. Coia, son of deceased mobster Arthur E. Coia and a "criminal associate of the Patriarca  New England crime family per FBI 1994. (Agent Ross memo in reply to name check ruse by Clinton operative and co- conspirator Harold Ickes to check Coia's eligibility for bogus Clinton appointment). For full history of corruption in Laborers Union, go to www.laborers.org

The three heroic rank and file members are Gary Wall, Steve Manos, and Cooksley-all honorable men of limited education but unlimited courage. Instead of laboring in trenches and pouring concrete, they labor in law libraries and pore over legal treatises, manufacturing novel yet solid legal theories in an effort to obtain justice and promote the common good.

They can not afford legal counsel-who can these days? Members of the bar compliment Gary's legal work but offer no aid. Talk is cheap. Actions speak louder than words. Inaction when duty calls speaks volumes.

"Each mortal thing does one thing and the same
myself it speaks and spells, crying what I do is me, for that I came.

I say more. The just man justicizes, acts in God's eye what in God's eye he is: Christ.
For Christ plays in ten thousand places,
lovely in limbs and eyes not his to the Father
through the features of men's faces.

Wall, Manos and Cooksley are "justicizing" while labor leaders are "coiacizing" and lawyers are "luskinizing".

The blueprint theme for this web page is by design :to educate other members of mob controlled labor unions on the mechanics and layout of filing RICO suits. It is our first blueprint for our first suit. It will not be our last blueprint, nor our last RICO suit.

When corrupt labor officials steal your pension and deprive you of your right to work to support a family, what have you got to lose by seeking refuge in the hollowed chambers of U.S. District Courts? Will any good people come to the aid of the Laborers' rank and file?

Will members of the law enforcement community join Laborers for JUSTICE, a virtual organization actively conspiring to eliminate the influence of organized crime in labor unions?
