A blessing was sent me from above Our gracious God sent the best gift of all A friend like you for me to love. In you I have found the kind of friend I never thought could be But as time went on and we grew close I found you had become a part of me! You'll never know how much it means To have you in my life So many times I can not count You have helped me through my strife. With your laughter or encouraging words You've helped me turn my life about In times of sorrow, joy, or pain You are always there without a doubt. To me you are a priceless gift That I will always treasure For what you've come to mean to me I surely can not measure.
