      Chicken-flavoured rice mix

      4 cups long grain rice
      1 tsp salt
      2 ts dried parsley flakes
      4 tbs instant chicken bouillion
      2 tsp dried tarragon
      1/4 tsp white perrer

      Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly distributed. Put about 1 1/3 cups into three pints containers and
      label. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6-8 months.
      Makes about 4 cups of mix.

      Direction: Mix 1 1/3 cups chicken flavoured mix with 2 cups cold water and 1 T. butter or margarine in a medium
      saucepan. Bring water to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, cook for 15 to 25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
