Cinnamon Pecan Honey Pancake Sauce


                             2 c. maple syrup
                            1/2 c. mild-flavored honey
                            3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
                            1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

                            Combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour mixture into an airtight container. store at room temperature.
                            serve over waffles, pancakes, or ice cream. Yield: 3 c.
