Jerky Marinades:

Number one:
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. garlic Powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. liquid smoke
Add more pepper for hotter

Number Two:
1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning pepper
2 oz. liquid smoke
5 oz. worchestershire sauce
cheyenne pepper (powder or crushed) to suit taste

 
Layer thin sliced meat in pan, pouring some marinade over each layer. Refrigerate for 24 hours before drying.
