This sci-fi flick is full of action and strange concepts. It is set in the future, America is overpopulated so each couple is only allowed one child. John Brennick (Christopher Lambert from Highlander) and his wife Karen Brennick (Loryn Locklin) try to escape to Mexico because she is pregnant with their second child. Needless to say they are caught and taken to the Fortress. In the Fortress Brennick meets several new friends, including, D-Day (Jeffrey Combs) and plans his escape.
