I'm not even sure where to being talking about this half hour long HBO special. It stars Jeffrey Combs (of course) and David Warner. It is a little hard to understand at first but basically it is set in some distant highly advanced world. On this world it the death penalty is illegal so they send all their murders to other worlds. Sounds like a policy the US would come up with. Anyway, Jeffery Combs plays psycho murder that is captured and David Warner tries to rehabilitate him. Much like an old episode of the Twilight Zone, it has a twist at the end. It is worth every bit of energy it takes to find it.
