REQUIREMENTS:

*You must put the HTML code that I E-mail you on your site.

*Where you place the HTML code must be in a place that is highly visible to the people who access your site.

*Note that the advertising is not permanent and at any time you may choose to notify me and we can remove eachother's ads from our pages.

*Also note that I may want to end our exchange to allow other ads to be on the site after a certain amount of time.

*If you want your link on my page to be graphical, it must be no larger than 160 x 75 pixels.
