Backstreet Boy Back - (LEXINGTON)

A special homecoming for a member of the Backstreet Boys. Brian Littrell was in Lexington for a ground-breaking ceremony at the Beaumont Centre Family Y-M-C-A. The center will house the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids. Littrell was born with a heart defect and has recently undergone correctional heart surgery.
