Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band
Conan O'Brien will just have to do without Max Weinberg for awhile longer, as one of the biggest tours of the year adds yet
another date to the string. His show on November 14th in Cleveland, OH goes on sale Saturday morning. Will the Rock and
Roll Hall's hometown turn out in strong enough numbers to lure Springsteen into more shows?

They'll be in the Mile High City on October 28 and 29; tickets for both shows go on sale Friday morning.

LA goes on sale Saturday morning.

his wildly successful fall tour.

Henry Rollins
In his self-penned artist biography, poet-musician-activist Henry Rollins states he craves "confrontation, exhaustion, failure
and glory." After a less-than-maniacal response from audiences on his 1997 tour, he took a year off from the road, saying
that he couldn't "risk another minute enduring someone else's apathy." Let's hope audiences have their Wheaties before
going to Henry's newly-booked appearances...or they'll have one peeved punk to answer to. He appears in Seattle WA on
10/17 and Detroit MI on 10/22; both shows go on sale Saturday morning.

Joe Strummer
Joe Strummer, former strummer (and singer) for legendary punksters The Clash, has a new band-The Mescaleros-and a
new album due out on November 2-"Rock Art and the X-Ray Style." Strummer & co. will be highlighting tunes from the new
album, but he's promised to pull out some Clash classics on this 19-city North American tour as well. It'll be fun to hear
"London Calling" and "Clampdown," but hopefully there'll be room for lesser-known-but-fab-nonetheless tunes like "Safe
European Home" and "Police and Thieves." Mid-November dates are planned for Cleveland OH (on sale Friday morning),
and Cincinnati OH, and Detroit MI (both on sale Saturday morning).
The dominant forces of the fall concert season continue their reign over the
ticketing landscape.
