Kiyone Makibi is another Galaxy Police Officer and unfortunatly, Mihoshi's partner. We don't see much of her around here. She is probobly the only female around that is not lusting after Lord Tenchi too. She is a Galaxy Police Dectective and can really operate that transdimentional cannon! After she is done cursing Mihoshi they are still best friends and I do believe she has a special place in her heart for Mihoshi. I do think that Kiyone needs a break from her job.. she takes it WAY to seriously.
