Relentlessly Dangerous

Once upon a time there was a young man called Bill Hicks. He was born
and raised in Houston, Texas. This young man grew up to be one of the
most brutal, honest, venomous comedians this world has ever seen.
Bill Hicks made jokes about smoking, Drinking, drugs, American culture,
war, terminally ill people, and anything else he felt could be funny.
More than often....in fact, pretty much always, it was very funny.
Hicks' ascerbic observations on modern life were horribly accurate.
In short, Hicks was just about the funniest comedian ever.
Bill Hicks died of pancreatic cancer on Febuary 26th 1994 aged 32.
This page is the best I can do as a tribute to him. I've transcribed
some of his best soundbites, and I'll be expanding this as and when I
can. There's a list of available recordings too. All well worth wasting
your hard earned cash on. I guarentee you won't regret it.

"Positive Drug Story"

I'd like to see a positive LSD story, would that be newsworthy? Just
once? hear what it's all about?
"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy
condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one conciousness
experiencing itself subjectively, there's no such thing as death, life
is only a dream and we're only imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom
with the weather."

"Weapon catalogue"

Those guys were in Hog's heaven out there (the persian gulf
"Distraction") - They had a big weapons catalogue opened up :
"What's G12 do Tommy?"
"Says here it destroys everything but the fillings in their teeth.
Helps us pay for the war effort."
"Well Fuck, pull that up."
*makes a radio noise*
"Pull up G12 please."
*whoooooosh.....................
                  ....
                  ...
                  ..
                  .
                  BOOM!*
"Cool! What does G13 do?"
