Other Comments

The following are some comments that I have received about the messageboard.  It is not an intent to take advantage of a horrible situation but rather to show just how much people care.

I covered Jeff for the local newspaper when he was in high school. I
don't have to tell you what a great kid he is.
This is just a note to thank you for what you've done with the message
board. In just two short days, messages from all over the world
providing encouragement.
Words cannot express my gratitude. A simple "Thank you" will have to
suffice.
After over 40 years in the media (radio, TV, newspapers), this only
serves to reinforce my belief that hockey people are the greatest.

Alex,

I have learned about Jeff Libby and have sent him a get-well message via
your messageboard. Just thinking about it makes me cringe, I would have
hated to seen it. I do hope he gets well soon.

The reason I have written to let you know I have hyperlinked your
messageboard on my own web site that I keep on the IHL Houston Aeros.
You may check it out at "http://ruf.rice.edu/~istre/aeros".

Once again, I do wish Jeff the best. Maybe players will chuck the macho
crap and start wearing visors.

Please keep us hockey fans posted. You may email me and I will glad to
post it on the Aeros' message board.

Regards,
-Mitch Istre-
