"Well, Nick came to pick me up yesterday and we were talking for a long time. Time seemed to pass by. Nick suggested we skip school, so we did and he surprised me soooo much," Linds told Nicole.

"Really?" she acted so curious, "Tell me, PLEASE!"

"Okay, chill, Nicole. I am getting to the good stuff. So, then, we drove for a long time and we ended up at the Sawgrass Mall. Guess how long we were shopping!"

"How long?" Nicole asked curiously.

"Two hours," Linds said. "I swear, Nick was like sooooo sweet to me. I really was suprised to see a guy like him acting so sweet. He doesn't do that that much because he is always trying to keep his motcho side."

"I guess he's a one in the million kinda guy," Nicole commented. "I wonder if Brian is just like Nick."

"Yeah, he is," I told her. Nicole has never had a conversation with Brian before. The have only talked briefly. I really want the two of them to get together because I think that they will be the cutest couple. But there is one problem. Brian likes another, one of my friends, Angie, and he would really like to get together with her, but Angie is going out with Ronnie.

Ronnie and Angie make a really cute couple. They love to joke around so much, but they do get very sweet together and I think its soooo adorable.

"I can't wait to see Nick at lunch. I miss him soooo much," I told Nicole who was looking at me like I was insane. "What?" I asked her because I didn't like the look she was giving me.

"Oh, nothing," she said. "I just think its so weird how you are so much in awe."

I laughed. "No, you're the weird one. You are always making all those weird voices and you act weirder than I do."

Nicole's face started to turn red.

"It's okay," Linds told her.

Suddenly the lunch bell rang. Linds practically jumped out of my seat yelling "Yeah!!"

"Calm down," Nicole motioned to me.

"Oh, sorry," Linds told her. She had practically jumped out of her seat, but at least she came back into reality.

"Are you okay," Nicole asked Linds with a kinda concerned, but strange look on her face.

"Yes," Linds said. "I am just happy that I am gonna see Nick soon. I dunno what it is, but ever since yesterday, I have felt mush closer to him than ever."

"Well, common, and lets get outta this class so you can go see your boyfriend."

Linds did as Nicole instructed her to. She jumped (literally jumped) out of her seat, and walked out of the classroom door. "Ah....I like that saying my Boyfriend. Nick is my Boyfriend."

"Calm down, Linds. I know that you love Nick and I can certainly see that you do, but you don't have to show it like this," Nicole was joking with Linds. She did admit to herself that she thought that Linds and Nick did make a pretty cute couple.

Both the girls were passing down the crowded hallway, when all of a sudden Linds spotted Brian.

"Nicole, go over there and talk to Brian," Linds instructed Nicole.

"I can't!"

"Why not? You know that you want to."

"Yeah, I do, but I am just afraid."

"Of what?" Linds asked.

"Afraid of Brian."

"Nicole, what do you mean? You're afrad of Brian? Brian is a great guy there is nothing to be afraid of."

"I just can't. Don't ask me why, but I just am not brave enough to."

"Fine, Nicole, if that's the way you feel, have it your way."

"Thanks."

The two of them then walked into the cafeteria. Right away they spotted their usual table with Alyssa, Candice, Kerri, Mackie, Meghan, Brandon, Angie, Ronnie, Kevin, Howie, Brian, A.J., Laura and Nick sitting at it. Since Linds and Nick were a couple, Nick always brought the gang over with him, so they all can be together and hang out.

Linds spotted the seat Nick was saving for her, so she went to sit down. Nicole went to sit down in the empty seat across from Linds.

"Hey you guys," Linds said. "What's up?"

"Nothing much," was basically the answer for the whole table.

"How's my baby?" I asked Nick in his ear. Nick started to turn red because he hated when I call him nicknames.

"Linds....," he said "Sh......the guys are here and if they hear what you just called me, they're never gonna stop makin fun of me."

"I'm sorry," Linds said with a sad look on her face.

"It's ok," Nick said. "I don't think anyone heard you." Nick gestured for Linds to lay her head on his sholders, she did, and he kissed her on her head.

"Ah.....you guys are so sweet," someone commented.

Linds started to smile. Then she remembered that she and Nick were going to go out somewhere tonight.

"Where are we going to go tonight?" she asked him curiously.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you."

"What? Tell me what?"

"I can't go anywhere tonight."

"Why not?"

"Because my dad is making me work with him tonight. I'm sorry!"

"It's okay," Linds told him.

"I gotta jet," Nick said. "I know it's early, but I need to get something at the store and I want to be back before the bell rings, well, I'll at least try to be back."

"Okay," Linds said as she picked up her head. "I'll see you later."

"Bye!"

The rest of lunch period Linds just hung out and talked with everyone at the table.

As Linds was walking in the door to her house, the phone rang. I wonder who that is? she asked herself.

She picked up the phone. "Hello?"

"Hey, girl, what's up?"

"Oh....hey Alyssa. I should have known it was you. Nothing much here."

"Cool," Alyssa said. "Ya know, I was wondering if you want to have a girls night out. Kerri, Candice, and Angie are up for one."

"Sure, but how come Nicole's not comming?"

"Ah....I dunno. She said that her parents needed her to help out with something."

"Oh," Linds said. "What time and where are we going to go?"

"At 8:00 tonight and we are going to hang out at Club Rubia. Candice and Kerri and I wanna meet some new guys. You can just hang out and chill."

"Cool, I'm up for it!"

"Okay," Alyssa said, "Cool. I thought you would be. So, meet us there at 8:00. I gotta go right now. My mom is making me clean the house with her."

"Bummer!" Linds commented. "See you later."

"Bye Bye!"

Linds decided to go upstairs and do her homework, then she was going to get ready for the club.

At 8:00 Linds was waiting for Kerri, Candice, Angie, and Alyssa at the main entrance.

"Hey," she said when she spotted them. "What's up?"

"Nothing," they all said at once.

"Common, you guys," Candice said. "Lets get out there and me some new guys."

"I'm up for that," Kerri commented.

"Same here," Angie said.

They were all walking in the Club, but Alyssa saw the look on Linds' face. "What's the matter?" she asked curiosly.

"I was just thinking of how Nick would feel if he knew I was here without him."

"Linds, Nick's a big boy. I think he can trust you to be in a club by yourself. Now common and lets go in there." Alyssa instructed Linds.

Linds went in. Wow! There are a lot of cute guys here. Linds thought to herself.

"Look at the blondie over there." Alyssa said

Linds looked. Wow! that kid is hell fine! she told herself.

"He's fine," Linds said to Alyssa.

"I know. Now go over there and ask him to dance."

"Fine!" Linds went over to the cutie and tapped him on the sholder.

The cutie turned around, just a bit, but slightly enough so Linds can see his face.
