(10/01/98) I found out today that a new rage site was opened by MaK, I mailed him today asking if he wanted to do a "link exchange" kinda thing, and also asked if he wanted to work together with our sites, but have gotten no response. Anyways, If your interested you can visit his site here.
I got some mails today telling me about some broken links and missing pics on the Monsters Page, they should all be fixed now. Thanks for your guys support =)
As you might have noticed, I have changed the music. I hope you like it. If you have any feedback about it let me know! I intend on changing music every few weeks.
(09/29/98) The Monsters Page is finaly up! Go and check it out. I think I might be missing a squirrel and a spirit, im working on getting there graphics soon. The ogre's area is not up yet, im having some probs with there graphics and should be up soon.
Ever since I opened this page I have gotten a email here and there asking "Where are the maps!" and "When are you going to have maps!". Well since the game is not out yet there are no maps! When the game does come out this page will be the place for maps.
ok well the map making system is not great but I guess it will just have to do. I just hope we don't have to wait more then 1-3 days for them to check our maps and send them back.

(09/28/98) Whats New? Well I got some bad news today. I heard about this a few days ago but I did not belive it, but now it is offical and true. There will be a map editor for Rage but insted of normal editors, After you make a map, before you can even play it you have to send it to nival for them to check it for "Super Items", and also make sure its "good quality". If your map checks out they will convert it into a playable form and email it back to you. No offence but this system (if you can even call it that) SUCKS, I mean WTF! Personaly I don't want to have to send every map I make and want to put on MY site to them, and (probably) have to wait some days for them to check it out, and send it back. I mean come on, if they don't want people making "supre items" then why not take the item editor out. Correct me if im wrong, but I heard that nival was VERY busy with checking all the maps they got from russian players and even skiped some maps, and Rage only sold 20,000 copies there! Think about how "busy" they will be when it sells over here. Give me a fuckin brake...
In other news, I have posted a new Mutiplayer server into the server list area. I have goten alot of mails asking "why is there servers running the game is not out yet!" Well, the posted servers are for the pirated version. When the full version comes out I will update the list with Full version servers ONLY.

(09/27/98) I got a helpful email today informing me that there were some errors in my server faq, and indeed I did make some mistakes, and have fixed them. I am also planing on adding ALOT more info into it.
The Monster's Page is taking longer than I expected, and should be done in a few days. The monster page is very simple: there is the monster's picture, his stats/skills, and some text about him. The page will cover all the monsters in the game (full version).
I read this outstanding review on the upcoming game, Heroes of might and magic 3. If you like ROM im sure your love this game. Check out the Preview.

(09/25/98) I have posted a short "unoffical", Server FAQ. This faq covers some basic questions about mutiplayer ROM games, and servers. I got most of the questions on the faq from emails, and message boards. Check it out!
Im almost done with the "Monster Stats" page. This page will have close-up shots of monsters, there stats, and tricks to killing them. This should be up later today or tormmorw.
I read this great preview of Might and Magic VII, so if your into the "M&M" series take a look.
Hmm, I noticed a bug in this page: it seems that when viewed with netscape 3.0 the text and links are all spaced, and moved around. So don't think i ment to make it look like that =) Anyways im working on fixing it.
As for the web page, I have added a ScreenShots link onto the side bar, where you can view Shots of the full version of Rage. Took all the old "whats new?" Posts and put them into a old news page, this way the load time is not so long.

Im hard at work making a Tips & Tricks Guide with monster's stats, full pictures of all the maps/missions, mission walk-through's, and of course, tips and tricks.
I emailed monolith today asking whats the minimum sys requirments for running a ROM server, I got a reply saying p2-233+ w/32ram+. I said cool, im on a p400 with 64 megs of ram but only a 28.8 modem. I told him that I only had a 28.8 and got a reply of "that should work fine!" Hmm, im not a network expert, but I don't think a 28.8 would work very well running a server, but I hope it will =)
I changed the hearder graphics, give me some Feedback about the page (good or bad).

(09/22/98) Late last night I posted our first Rage server that can be found in the RoM Server List section. I have also posted a "level skip" program, so you can skip maps in, now you can get by that damn "get the clock" mission =) anyways that file is in our RoM Files

(09/21/98) Welcome to the Unofficial RoM Map editing site, and house of user made maps/files, the page will also be a data base for RoM servers. At this present moment, The full version of RoM has not been released however, when it is this site is going to have lots of maps, and help texts on how to make your own maps. (just to clear this up) RoM has been released in Russia, and there is a official map editor out for it, but (or course) it only works for the full version.
I also emailed Monolith and asked them if the russian map editor would work for the US version and if not would it have a editor, and here is what they said
So make sure to check back here often, and take a peek at the Editing message board as well. Remember, if you ever have maps you want people to see, or are looking for new maps, this is the place =)

If anyone out there knows russian and would like to translate the map editors (allmap) help files into english PLEASE contact me, im sure there are alot of US Rage fans that would love to get a head start on learning the editor, including myself =)
