The Grey wolf or the Timber wolf is the most common of the wolf species. Wolves are very ritualistic. They live by carefully defined rules. Wolves are almost the EXACT opposite of what they have been portrayed to be. They are friendly, social, and highly intelligent. Their sense of family is strong and loving. This pair of wolves is the Alpha Male and the ALPHA female of the pack.

The mexican wolf is a sub-species of the much more common Grey wolf. The Mexican wolf was hunted to the brink of extinction. The artic wolf is most likely the most purest breed. Living in an isolated area around the artic circle has enabled it's survival.
