Kuantan's Gig is still one of the band's
most valued memories. Lyme was invited
to play there by the Carburator Dung guys, who
set to meet in Kuantan's Bus terminal one fine
day. The whole trip by itself was something to
remember (read moez's review!), and the gig
came out to be surprisingly successful for the
band. With hundreds of people filling up 
Kuantan's Boom Boom disco, bands from all 
around got together to express their 
feelings, ranging from intense industrial 
techno-metal to straight edge hardcore...
People moshed and danced endlessly for 
hours and the bands got acquainted and united,
regardless of their style or origin. 
Lyme made their appearance and people 
greeted them openly, enjoyed the band's 
set of songs and applauded the performance
at the end of it. Carburator Dung closed
with their fresh punkish style which the
Kuantan scene was very well aware of!
It had been good for Lyme. After the gig
the band went to hang out in a nearby 
mamak restaurant with some of the Kuantan's
scene die-hard fans and the Carburator guys.
That same night Lyme jammed in the newest,
low budget, open-for-all studio (unlike the
bigger studios which charge an incredible 
amount for jamming an hour) in town. 
After that, Lyme went back home for a 
long, long rest.
